Terms of Service

The service

Lemma provides online actuarial exam preparation content, including free lessons and paid founding member access to additional material. Content, pricing, and features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping access to that account. Your founding member pass is tied to the Google account used at purchase and sign-in.

Founding member access

The founding member pass is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the CM1 Theory of Interest Rates module on Lemma, including Part 2 lessons as they are released. It does not include other CM1 modules or future exams unless separately offered.

Payments and access

• Paid access is sold as described at checkout (e.g. CM1 Theory of Interest Rates founding member pass). Prices and inclusions are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree or Razorpay. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Access is granted to the Google account associated with your purchase. If you cannot access paid content after paying, contact support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, scrape, or redistribute lesson content at scale
• Attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls
• Interfere with the service or other users' access
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

Lemma content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own exam preparation—not to resell, republish, or sublicense the materials.

No exam guarantee

Lemma is study material only. We do not guarantee exam results, syllabus coverage completeness, or alignment with any specific exam sitting. You are responsible for verifying syllabus requirements with your exam body.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Lemma.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Lemma at any time by signing out and ceasing use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
