Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to digital founding member passes sold on learnlemma.com. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). See Pricing for current products and amounts.

Digital access — no recurring subscription

Lemma sells one-time founding member passes that unlock paid lessons on a specific exam path (e.g. CM1, JKSSB FAA, Azure AI Fundamentals). There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately after payment, refunds are generally not offered once you can view paid lessons.
If you were charged but cannot access your purchase, contact us within 7 days with your payment ID — we will restore access or issue a full refund if access cannot be granted.
Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with us first at abhicoders@gmail.com so we can resolve access quickly.

Cancellations

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting your Google sign-in does not automatically refund a founding pass. For billing questions, email Contact Us.
